Vegetables--we will never use canned or frozen!!

 

Classic Medley of zucchini, squash and carrots, lightly buttered and herbed.  

 

 

 

Fresh cut Green Beans: plain, Almondine, or with shallots and bacon.

 

 

Steamed Broccoli and/or cauliflower with Hollandaise sauce on the side

   

 

Baby Carrots: steamed with light herbs and butter OR glazed with brown sugar, lemon and dill.

 

Roasted Root Vegetable: beets, carrots, parsnips, turnips, yams, potatoes, roasted with a hint of maple and sage

   

 

Sautéed Bitter Greens: Swiss chard, Mustard and Collard Greens sautéed with shallots and garlic.

 

 

Corn on the cob (seasonal): Steamed and served with butter. (or grilled onsite if your catering already has a grill…)

 

 

Butternut Squash: roasted and glazed OR mashed with cream and a hint of pure maple syrup.

 

 

Stuffed Acorn Squash: with peas, onions and dried cranberries.

 

 

Asparagus bundles wrapped in Prosciutto for 1.50 extra per person.

 

 

Like ‘em raw? Forego the cooked veggies and replace with a colorful crudite platter of fresh cut veggies with homemade buttermilk dressing for an extra $1.00 per person.
