European Continental Breakfast:

Executive Continental Breakfast:

Basic continental breakfast with upgrade to fresh exotic fruit tray, and choice of either: hot ham and cheese croissants, biscuits and gravy, breakfast burritos, Belgian Waffles, Baked French Toast, Oatmeal Bar, or Quiche

NOTE: The following two menu items require a minimum of 25 people and includes professional caterers who will bring all the equipment to scramble and cook your eggs on site so they are fresh and not hard and rubbery. We will  also set up, and serve this incredible breakfast to your guests. This is one of few events with servers included, since we insist on serving scrambled eggs that look and taste good.

Big American Breakfast:

Freshly scrambled eggs, home-style cheddar potatoes, thick-sliced maple bacon, sausage, pastry assortment, sliced exotic fruit tray, assortment of fresh juices and freshly roasted coffee.

Grande Breakfast Mexicano:

Same as the American Breakfast, but we’ll add spicy chorizo to the eggs, Change the potatoes to homemade refried beans, and provide sides of sour cream, salsa, cilantro, shredded pepper jack cheese, tomatoes, onions, and warm flour tortillas. Same deal as the American breakfast, we will scramble and cook the eggs on site and provide servers.
