All caterings come with high quality plastic disposable plates, forks, knives, and thick dinner napkins. Coffee: By popular demand, we are now serving Starbucks™ House Blend Coffee. As always, if you’d like something different, please ask.

(Decaf option automatically provided unless specified.  All coffee caterings come with real half and half, flavored, nondairy creamers, wooden stir sticks, hot sleeves, lids,  and 12 ounce hot cups made from paper, not Styrofoam.   Formal events may upgrade to very high quality clear plastic disposable cups with handles for .25 more per person. Coffee for large events will be served in hard plastic thermal containers which lose less than one degree of heat per hour.  Coffee for smaller events will be served in nice stainless steel urns with chained nameplates.

Tea Assortment: A large assortment of black, herbal, and green teas, served with steaming hot purified water from an urn that never holds anything else! (You tea drinkers know that matters!) Served with lemon wedges, and honey

Bagel Meltdown: Made famous at the Power Surge Café  – an original creation of sliced red onions and tomatoes baked on the bagel of your choice with oil vinegar and spices and smothered in bubbly provolone cheese to make the perfect “Breakfast Pizza”  two halves per person.

Baked French Toast: Why lie? You will find this same incredible, versatile, dish in our dessert section under Praline Bread Pudding. So is it breakfast or is it dessert? Well, you decide, but it is our new favorite, a rich custard made by soaking French bread overnight in eggs, cream and vanilla and then baking it with a pecan-praline topping, this is just one of the most incredible things ever. Served with pure maple syrup. We recommend getting it with blueberries baked in!! Unbelievable!!! (minimum 20 people)

Quiche: You know, quiche gets no respect. If you called it a mini-omelets in pie crust, people would be so much more likely to order it!  It’s good stuff.  We can serve you quiche in bite size versions (good for parties), 4” individual versions, or full size home-baked “pies” that you can slice and serve, like you would at home.  We can offer several flavor varieties for both vegetarians and meat-eaters, depending on your needs. Please call for more info… Any size you’d like will still cost,per person

Don’t see something?  We can provide granola bars, smoothies, other breakfast sandwiches, etc.  Omelet stations don’t work well usually since we’d have to make each omelet separately, and if you have fifty guests, we’d need fifty omelet pans working at once to make it happen quickly!  Pancakes are another thing that should be made right before eating, so unless you have a huge industrial griddle for us to use, that doesn’t work well either… But there are always many other possibilities,  just ask!!!
